I experienced poor quality and slow responses from customer service. I used my silk pillowcases for a year, expecting them to last longer, but the zip seam on one completely came apart. The seam allowance was too small, and over time, the unfinished seam caused the zip to detach. I’m very disappointed, especially given the $100 price tag for each. I contacted customer service and sent a picture but received no reply. I plan to switch to another brand. I just want to warn others; the quality isn’t great, and the customer service is lacking. $200 in pillowcases should last longer.
