I will never order from this company again. They claimed my package was delivered, and I was supposed to get a new tracking number from the shipping service. I only received the tracking information after I contacted the company about my package not arriving at the correct address.
I will not be placing any more orders with this company. They claimed my package was delivered, and I was supposed to receive a new tracking number from the postal service. I didn’t get it until after I contacted them regarding the misdelivery.
This seller is not trustworthy. I spent over $200, and when they didn’t have the item, they sent me a different design without my consent and refused to offer a full refund or exchange. They simply cut off the tag and sent whatever they had in stock! They offered a 10% refund for something I didn’t even order. Beware of this company's misleading policies.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. I ordered an expensive travel set that still hadn’t arrived a month later. Despite sending several emails to the company, I received no response. Eventually, I got someone else's order and was expected to pay for the return before they would send mine. After numerous messages and an additional two weeks, I finally received my order, only to find the embroidery was poorly done. This was meant to be a gift that I couldn’t give because it looked awful. Avoid this company; they clearly don’t care about their customers.
This company has been the worst I’ve dealt with in a long time! Their customer service is lacking, and they don’t take responsibility. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I had to follow up on an order for over three weeks, and it still hadn’t shipped. They finally responded after I sent a text and two emails, only to tell me it was a made-to-order item, which was never mentioned on their site. My order said it would ship in 3-5 days. They now label it as made to order, but that was not the case at the time of my order. I have screenshots as proof. Avoid this company.
I experienced poor quality and slow responses from customer service. I used my silk pillowcases for a year, expecting them to last longer, but the zip seam on one completely came apart. The seam allowance was too small, and over time, the unfinished seam caused the zip to detach. I’m very disappointed, especially given the $100 price tag for each. I contacted customer service and sent a picture but received no reply. I plan to switch to another brand. I just want to warn others; the quality isn’t great, and the customer service is lacking. $200 in pillowcases should last longer.
I initially ordered from a partnered platform, and the item was shipped the next day, so I thought I’d order directly from the company. I placed my order and waited almost a week for them to ship it. I tried to reach out to customer service but received no response, not even an automated reply. I'm very disappointed and regret making the purchase. The prices are high, and the hype is unwarranted. You would expect them to handle orders through their own website with the same care.
I had a fantastic experience with customer service from a representative. I am extremely pleased with how helpful she was. Additionally, all of the products are wonderful! They are of very high quality and luxurious. I can’t imagine sleeping without silk pillowcases again; they truly are a game changer! 😁
