I initially ordered from a partnered platform, and the item was shipped the next day, so I thought I’d order directly from the company. I placed my order and waited almost a week for them to ship it. I tried to reach out to customer service but received no response, not even an automated reply. I'm very disappointed and regret making the purchase. The prices are high, and the hype is unwarranted. You would expect them to handle orders through their own website with the same care.
