I've been a loyal customer, but this recent experience has completely changed my view of the company. After moving, I updated all my information—shipping address, billing address, and payment methods. Despite that, they flagged my purchase as 'fraud' and canceled my order multiple times. I had to reorder the same shoes each time, facing the same issue. I spoke to several customer service agents and confirmed with my bank that there were no issues on their end. I was finally advised to try a different payment method, but now that payment is just stuck 'under review' with no updates. It's been over ten days, and I ordered well in advance for a birthday gift. Not only has it not shipped, but I've received no communication about the cancellations. It's frustrating that a $60 order is causing so much trouble when other companies manage to deliver without issues. The lack of accountability and communication has eroded my trust in this company. If you need your order on time or are buying a gift, I suggest looking elsewhere.
