They state that certain shoes will ship the same day, but that has never happened! Other shoes are listed as available, yet the fine print indicates it could take 7 to 10 days just to process the order before shipping. I waited over 4 weeks for one order, and others consistently take more than 2 weeks! Customer service is terrible and never provides clear answers. I've stopped ordering from them due to their outrageous service! It's unacceptable to wait 4 weeks for an order when they are based locally, not overseas!
It took 14 days to process my order, and that was only after I complained multiple times. Then they shipped it using the cheapest option, adding another 7 days to the wait. Meanwhile, I received annoying automated emails asking if I was completely satisfied with their service! Never again! I just hope I get the correct shoes, as I've heard they often send the wrong items.

I ordered a pair of shoes and received them in a box that was completely damaged, taped up with scotch tape and packing tape. The exclusive packaging was missing from inside the box as well. My order also took an eternity to ship, and I can only imagine that the extra time spent taping up the damaged box delayed it further.

Not only has it not shipped, but I've received no communication about the cancellations. It's frustrating that a $60 order is causing so much trouble when other companies manage to deliver without issues. The lack of accountability and communication has eroded my trust in this company. If you need your order on time or are buying a gift, I suggest looking elsewhere.
