I made a purchase for a pair of shoes a while back, and while the order went through without issues, it's now been 2 weeks without my shoes. Customer service finally informed me that the shoes were sold out, after 10 phone calls. They clearly knew the item was unavailable. I'm still waiting for a refund, which they said would take 7 to 10 business days. I will never shop here again, especially after spending $209 plus shipping.
