I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, and while the white ones had sizes for both men and women, the pink pair was labeled as 'women's' but was actually a men's size. Their website was at fault. I called customer service to get a return slip, but when I received my refund, they deducted $3 for not using the original shipping box, which I wasn't informed about. I contacted customer service again, but they said there was nothing they could do. Their misleading information cost me time and money.
