Well I had a sound failure the other day w the head set. I asked SYB if they could help me out. They responded w a couple trouble shooting tips and I frowned at that but I gave it a go. The problem was the right ear plug lost volume out of the blue for no evident reason to me. I said to myself I’ll try the tips recommended, but I was leery that they would prove anything. The problem was the hearing out of the right side ear plug just stopped giving any sound. Well what a surprise that trouble shooting tip # two proved to show the problem wasn’t the head set but the problem is the adapter I was using. I switched to another adapter and the head set is fine.
