Utterly ineffective service. I ordered a gift for my wife, and the website clearly stated it would be shipped in 4–8 business days. On the fifth day, I called for an update, and they told me to wait another 3 days. After those days passed, I called again, and their response was: “We’re waiting for stock to arrive; we’ll send it next week.” There was no support, no compensation, nothing. Their only solution was: “You can cancel if you want.” How ineffective can a company be? Truly disappointing.
