I ordered a gift for my wife, and the website stated it would be dispatched within 4–8 business days. On the fifth day, I called for an update, and they told me to wait an additional 3 days. After those days, I followed up again, and they informed me: “We’re waiting for stock to arrive; we’ll ship it next week.” There was no support or compensation provided. Their only suggestion was: “You can cancel if you wish.” How ineffective can a company be? Truly disappointing.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff member I interacted with was rude and dismissive, making no effort to assist. Their attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role. Instead of help, they spoke to me in an abrupt and disrespectful manner, leaving me feeling unwelcome. This experience has severely damaged my trust in this store, and I will reconsider future purchases.
There was a clear product fault, and the handling of it was unprofessional. Staff provided inconsistent and unhelpful responses, showing reluctance to take responsibility and resolve the issue quickly. This led to unnecessary frustration and a disappointing experience. When they acknowledged the fault, they decided to issue a refund without honoring my request for a replacement, despite my clear communication. This approach is disrespectful and falls short of reasonable expectations.
Today, I visited a store to buy a watch and gold earrings. While two senior staff members were pleasant, I encountered a salesgirl whose attitude was off-putting. She made inappropriate comments about the cost of solid gold, which I already understand. Such behavior is unacceptable in customer service.
I suspect the online aspect of this business is a scam, as they seem to hold onto cash before issuing refunds. A turnaround time of 8 days for something listed as in stock is unreasonable, and I became concerned after a few days of no updates. It’s evident that we wouldn’t have heard anything had we not reached out first. Many of the positive reviews appear to be from fake accounts. Avoid at all costs.
A diamond slider bracelet broke within the warranty period, but the company would not replace it. They only offered online credit that didn’t cover the cost of a new bracelet. They claimed limited stock was available but refused to replace it. They also stated they couldn’t repair it, despite having a quote from another jeweler. I do not recommend this company.
