Staff provided inconsistent and unhelpful responses, showing reluctance to take responsibility and resolve the issue quickly. This led to unnecessary frustration and a disappointing experience. When they acknowledged the fault, they decided to issue a refund without honoring my request for a replacement, despite my clear communication. This approach is disrespectful and falls short of reasonable expectations.
