I've used various POS systems, and this service has proven to be the worst. They've drastically increased annual fees, now quadrupling them and switching to biannual billing. The support is inadequate, and the AI assistance is ineffective. When on hold, you're informed they are busy and can call you back, but there's no method to facilitate that. I find myself calling every other week for stuck transactions, each time wasting 60 to 90 minutes. To sum it up, their technology is subpar, their practices are questionable, and the support is lacking. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
