Beware and stay away from these people! Terrible company that needs to be stopped and put out of business! They just took us for $10k to get out of a contract we didn’t know existed! It had to be done just to part ways from crooks and thieves! Now on to step two in the process to make sure they pay for what they have done!
The absolute worst pos company ever! Stay away from these thieves. They never tell you verbally what they hide in emails and contracts you will not know exists! Then they will try to hold you ransom with $10k or more for leaving their thieving company. We will be going to court and hope many more stand up to these crooks.
I was hit with $1500 in assurance fees at the end of the year. They claimed these would be waived if I signed an extended contract. When I pointed out that it felt like being held for ransom, the representative admitted it was true. The contract automatically renews each year without a signature, which feels like a tactic used by subpar companies to trap customers. It's disappointing; the product and service do not live up to expectations. Worthless would be a generous description.
This company is a scam. They withdrew money from my accounts and refused to return it unless I renewed for another year. Stay away from this service as far as possible. I'm open to sharing my experience with anyone who wants to hear it—do not engage with this company.

To sum it up, their technology is subpar, their practices are questionable, and the support is lacking. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I paid extra for expedited shipping on a gift card intended for Christmas. After five days without delivery, I contacted the service, and they assured me it was in transit. Now, days later, there's still no sign of it. I've reached out almost daily for updates, but the response remains the same: it's still in transit. I requested a refund, only to be told they can't issue one and I must contact the restaurant directly. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that they responded to my emails quickly, and the ordering process was simple. However, the lack of accountability and poor service is frustrating.
