I purchased a six-month plan when it was 3D Cart. Because of personal circumstances, I was unable to use it at all, and did not realize that it was set up to automatically renew until the day the renewal charge showed up on my bank statement. I had not planned to renew, but they did not send me any notice that they were going to charge my account, as most honest and courteous businesses do. I contacted the company on the day the money was taken out and requested a refund. I got the following reply from them: All the accounts are set up on recurring billing and we do not send out notifications prior to billing.
