I am unable to log into my site as it redirects me to an error page. While the support team did respond to my call, they suggested reaching out at midnight. They are insisting that I purchase a new SSL certificate before granting me access to my own site.

Once a great platform, now problematic...

Once a great platform, it has become unstable since the takeover. There are frequent downtimes and issues with payment processing for customers on the free plan. Additionally, hidden fees for SSL and PCI compliance have been introduced. Integrations with various platforms rarely function properly, and merchants have been urging for updates for years without any tangible improvements. It's frustrating to see a once-reliable service degrade so significantly.

Disappointing customer service...

Customer service is lacking and often redirects inquiries to a knowledge base. They fail to effectively compare their services to competitors, and their transaction fees are much higher than alternatives. I spent a lot of time navigating a confusing interface without finding the necessary features.

Untrustworthy and unprofessional...

This company is incredibly untrustworthy. I was charged multiple times for an account I didn’t even know existed. Despite reaching out for a refund, they refused, claiming services were rendered when none were. This feels like a complete scam, and I will be spreading the word.

Frustrating experience...

I've struggled for months trying to launch my online store. Customer service fails to understand my questions, and I can't get my money back. Unacceptable tech support...
