Absolute trash waste of time. I showed up 10 minutes early and checked in, waited for my Lead to arrive. App said I was looking for "Ben." Another person came in, also with Shift Smart for the same task. They double booked us. The Circle K worker who was to train us (not Ben) was very rude and insisted, "I only need one of you." I proved that I had been booked for this spot, this time slot, for "food prep - snack." He insisted "we don't need food prep, they keep making it and it goes to waste." The disconnect is on their end but my time gets wasted and I don't get paid. You would think that, since it keeps happening, it might be up to the store to remove listings for something they'll just send you home for when you show up.
