Shine Auto Movers should receive zero stars. I was quoted $2900 to ship 3 vehicles with a $200 deposit due after pickup and the remaining balance payable to the driver upon delivery. Shortly after, I was informed that I needed to arrange delivery with the manager over the phone. Instead, he began discussing a $150 fee per vehicle as a broker's charge. I made it clear that I had experience shipping vehicles and we had not agreed on any extra fees, so I refused to pay it. They relentlessly texted and called me for two days, but I chose not to respond. They then instructed the driver to either place my vehicles in storage or demand $3000 instead of the agreed $2700. The driver contacted me, urging me to resolve the matter with them, or he would have to comply with their demands since they assigned him the load. I shared my contract with the driver, which stated a $2900 fee, and he could decide whether to deliver or store the vehicles. I am confident that either he or the service would be responsible for any storage fees and my rental costs. Avoid this service; they use pressure tactics and threaten you with hidden fees in their contracts. Read everything carefully!
