This service should receive no stars. I was quoted $2900 to transport 3 vehicles with a $200 deposit due after pickup, and the rest payable upon delivery to the driver. An hour later, I was informed that I needed to arrange delivery with the manager over the phone. Instead, he began discussing a $150 broker's charge per vehicle. I informed him that I had prior shipping experience and we had not agreed on any extra fees, so I refused to pay it. They bombarded me with texts and calls for two days, which I ignored. They instructed the driver to either place my vehicles in storage or demand $3000 instead of the agreed $2700. The driver reached out, urging me to resolve the issue with them, or he would have to follow their instructions since they assigned him the load. I provided the driver with my contract, which specified a $2900 fee, and he could decide to deliver or store the vehicles as he wished. I am confident that either he or the service would be liable for any storage fees and my rental costs. Avoid this service; they rely on pressure tactics and threaten you with hidden fees in their contracts. Read everything carefully!
