Should have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered items flagged as in stock and ready to ship and after 2 weeks I had still not received them. I reached out to customer service and was told they needed an additional 6 working days to make the second wig. When I finally received the items, after almost a month they were nothing like in the pictures. The burgundy wig I had ordered was of a pinkish red and the chocolate wig was in a funny brown color… I had to dye the wigs myself to make them look decent, but even then the quality was poor. It was a very negative experience. Customer service is only via email with no other way to contact them so it is what it is. I would not recommend!
