Après une première commande qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes, j’ai passé une seconde commande. En échangeant avec le service client, ils ont su parfaitement me conseiller et m’orienter vers ce que je recherchais réellement.
Le coloriste est un véritable artiste : il a réussi à créer le blond dont je rêvais.
Étant débutante dans le port de perruques (suite à un cancer) et ayant la peau très claire, j’avais quelques appréhensions. Mais la perruque est magnifique et me va à merveille.
Je reçois énormément de compliments à son sujet.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered items flagged as in stock and ready to ship and after 2 weeks I had still not received them. I reached out to customer service and was told they needed an additional 6 working days to make the second wig. When I finally received the items, after almost a month they were nothing like in the pictures. The burgundy wig I had ordered was of a pinkish red and the chocolate wig was in a funny brown color… I had to dye the wigs myself to make them look decent, but even then the quality was poor. It was a very negative experience. Customer service is only via email with no other way to contact them so it is what it is. I would not recommend!
Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until after I bought it, big mistake. The wig was a different color than in the description and didn't fit. The description says chestnut brown, I received a red wig. They say the color is different due to different lighting conditions. nonsense. I asked for it to be returned. They write that a free return is only possible if the product is damaged. Say you should try to sell the wig or give it to a friend. Returning it wouldn't be worth it because of return shipping costs and customs fees. Nowhere on the website does it say that you have to return it to China! I will never order there again.
