Each time I requested an update, I received the same generic excuses from customer service: “It’s not us, it’s our partners.” I don’t care who your partner is; I’m dealing with you. Due to the delays, I lost my customer and had to issue a full refund. The company eventually refunded me, but it was in store credit, which means I have to place another order to use it, despite already losing money and a customer. When I asked for reimbursement for my actual loss, they refused. It’s disheartening to see them give away store credit to random users but not support loyal sellers facing real losses. This has happened multiple times, and you can only speak to frontline support, who repeat the same lines. Their business model is terrible, production is unreliable, and they lack accountability. If you value your customers and reputation, steer clear of this company.
