Excellent Products, Service, and Educational Resources

The products are of good quality and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to motivate sellers with demo kits, training videos (both recorded and live), and a very friendly management team. Their tutorials on the platform are also great. I'm pleased to be a part of this company.

Disappointing Click and Collect Service

I placed a click and collect order with the company. I expected an email to pick it up the next day (Friday) or over the weekend. To clarify, on the same day I ordered from them, I also placed an order with another retailer in the UK, which was delivered promptly. This delay with the company is not a good sign, especially for a click and collect service. I'm concerned about how long delivery would take if this is their standard.

Fantastic Products and Support!

The quality of the products is excellent and they are high-margin sellers, just as described. The support and training through their educational platform have been very beneficial. They run contests to keep you motivated and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. As a seller, I'm thrilled to have found them at this stage of my journey!

Extremely Frustrating Experience

My experience with the company has been incredibly frustrating. My order was in production for three weeks without shipping. Each time I requested an update, I received the same generic excuses from customer service: “It’s not us, it’s our partners.” I don’t care who your partner is; I’m dealing with you. Due to the delays, I lost my customer and had to issue a full refund. The company eventually refunded me, but it was in store credit, which means I have to place another order to use it, despite already losing money and a customer. When I asked for reimbursement for my actual loss, they refused. It’s disheartening to see them give away store credit to random users but not support loyal sellers facing real losses. This has happened multiple times, and you can only speak to frontline support, who repeat the same lines. Their business model is terrible, production is unreliable, and they lack accountability. If you value your customers and reputation, steer clear of this company.

Desperate to Delete My Account

I want to delete my account, but apparently that's not an option. Their guide states you can delete your details, but in reality, you can only replace your information with fake ones. You still can't remove your VAT number, country, or shop details. Currently, I'm communicating with their support via live chat, and they mentioned they could delete it, but only after I threatened legal action. Deleting accounts should be straightforward; it's personal data, and there are laws governing this! Now I'm waiting for confirmation, but I don't trust them to actually delete my data. It's unacceptable that there isn’t a clear option to delete your account.

Wonderful First Visit to the Store

I visited the store for the first time yesterday with my sister. It was a fantastic shop filled with amazing clothes. There’s something for everyone. The helpful staff made the experience enjoyable, and one representative was particularly awesome. I left feeling special and a bit glamorous. Thank you for a lovely visit; I will return soon!

Very Disappointed with the Company

My experience with the company has been poor. I sent an email and received a response six weeks later. Thank you for the speedy reply. I also ordered some samples, but the necklaces looked cheap and are available for much less elsewhere.
