I placed an order for knives on November 25th as a birthday gift, and now it’s December 11th with no updates whatsoever. I reached out to the service but received no response. After seeing similar reviews, I’m worried I’ve been deceived. I want to cancel my order and request a refund, but they are not getting back to me. This was meant to be a gift, and now it’s far too late. I’m extremely disappointed! How can I get my money back? I’m in the Netherlands and used a local payment method.
