Avoid ordering from this service.

I strongly advise against ordering from this service. At checkout, I paid a delivery fee of £4.95, only to receive an additional invoice from a courier two weeks later for £8. The explanation given was that ‘the packages come from the Netherlands!’. This felt like a concealed charge that should have been clearly communicated at checkout. While I have no issues with the product itself, the overall experience has been very disappointing. Only consider ordering if you are prepared to potentially pay up to £15 in unexpected delivery fees - unacceptable.

Ordered knives as a gift, but no updates after weeks

I placed an order for knives on November 25th as a birthday gift, and now it’s December 11th with no updates whatsoever. I reached out to the service but received no response. After seeing similar reviews, I’m worried I’ve been deceived. I want to cancel my order and request a refund, but they are not getting back to me. This was meant to be a gift, and now it’s far too late. I’m extremely disappointed! How can I get my money back? I’m in the Netherlands and used a local payment method. I recommend avoiding this service!

Extremely disappointing service

Mixed experience

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive; this is the second attempt since the first shipment didn’t arrive either. The company kindly sent another shipment, and I hope it arrives in time for Christmas. I was disappointed to have to pay additional duties and taxes for customs, as I thought everything was covered with my order's value. Unfortunately, I had to pay £20 to release the shipment into my country. I hope there won't be further charges when bringing it into the UK.

Delivery issues with UPS

I still haven't received my order, as UPS keeps changing the delivery date. It seems like my order worth over £100 is getting further away instead of closer.

Caution advised

Ordering and receiving the knives was quite straightforward, and they arrived six days after I placed the order. However, be aware that you might face extra delivery charges from the courier. I wasn’t informed about this and was surprised to pay nearly £20 more. Although it was mentioned in the fine print, it would be better to know beforehand.
