Reaching the company is quite difficult. One toy arrived damaged, which wasn't surprising considering the poor condition of the flimsy packaging. I haven't heard back from them since 11/20/25 despite sending multiple emails. I'm out $63 for a broken toy and another unusable item meant for Christmas gifts.
