The process didn’t start out great because of the early on delay in communication but they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right and have stayed in contact with me since. They let me know the first impressions I did, from the picture, looked ok but the molars in the back looked a little dragged so i did 2 more and sent them back and they were accepted so my only advice is to do them exactly how the video says and shows. We will see how they fit but as of now I recommend them simply for their dedication to keep customers happy.
