The process didn’t start out great because of the early on delay in communication but they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right and have stayed in contact with me since. They let me know the first impressions I did, from the picture, looked ok but the molars in the back looked a little dragged so i did 2 more and sent them back and they were accepted so my only advice is to do them exactly how the video says and shows. We will see how they fit but as of now I recommend them simply for their dedication to keep customers happy.
My experience with Shiney Smile has been awesome and full of admiration for their customer service. I’m fairly much a novice with dealing with the internet and ordering online. I just turned 71 years old last month and like a lot of us senior citizens, technology advanced with blazing speed leaving us in the dust. Working through the process of having my veneers created, I have made a couple of blunders that I rack up as senior moments. Shiney Smile Customer Service were super helpful and I’m sure they went over and beyond any normal service they usually provide, helping me correct my mishaps and making sure I have a positive experience with them. I haven’t received my veneers yet, but I have been so impressed with Shiney Smile service I wanted to write this review now. When I receive the my veneers I will update this review with my thoughts in regards to them.
My experience was great because the process was very easy to follow also help was offered at every step. Instructions on taking impression pictures was explained well enough to follow with ease.
I was very pessimistic about being a candidate for veneers. I am missing many lower teeth so i wasn't very hopeful in being a candidate. I got the good news today that i am eligible . I cant wait to be able to have confidence in my smile again!

Well when I opened the box right away the teeth were dark yellow. I know I'm older but they look like I smoke 4 packs of cigarettes a day. The front teeth are wide like a donkeys teeth. When I put them in my mouth they look really fake. Also it gave me an over bite so I'm struggling with keeping my top lip over them to close my mouth. The bite doesn't even match up. That's the biggest thing is I bought them so I could eat. I have no teeth that match up and I struggle with eating everyday. It's impossible to eat anything with them. I just want to cry. I thought I found something finally that would help me. I had to save my money for months just to get some teeth and I was so disappointed. $500 is a lot of money for me. I hope there is a way I can get a refund of some kind. I can't just chalk this up as a huge loss. Please tell me that there's something I can do.

My veneers came in did not stay in my mouth, to big fake horse teeth that moved around and no I can't talk at all because they don't stay in the top. The wiggle. I contacted them for a refund for which the website said 60 day money back GARANTEE. The email they sent back said they do not do refunds at all. Beware of this product. I spent $500 dollars r something that I will never be able to use and they DO NOT honor their refund policy. BEWARE!!!!

Hold up to your other teeth. Mine were too bright and is a total different shade than my bottom teeth. It looks funny because I only needed the top and now my colors don’t match. It’s hard to tell by a picture.
The older I get, the more my teeth are having a hard time not chipping. Sooner or later, I'll need to go full top, but for the short term, these veneers will do. They fit great, look great and I can smile. They came a little whiter than I expected so they are sending me a darker shade. I am very happy with my purchase.
