I received no information regarding shipping, etc., for over a month after placing my order, so I cancelled it. Now, despite numerous emails, I've been waiting for my refund (over €260) for about a month. Looking at Instagram shows that I'm not the only one affected. Shinzo Paris is deleting critical comments or not allowing them in the first place.I‘ve now opened up a PayPal refund case. Please do not order on this website! It’s either a scam or they‘re hiding something else.
