Exorbitant prices, no updates, and no product.

I made a purchase for a jacket on December 4th. After feeling a bit of buyer's remorse due to holiday spending, I wanted to cancel but found no options on the website or through the platform they use. About a week later, I received an email stating that I could no longer cancel after a 4-hour "grace" period, which I never had the chance to utilize. I looked everywhere for a cancellation option. Eventually, I accepted the situation and kept the order. As of January 2nd, I still haven't received any updates or communication about my order. I've reached out multiple times via email and social media without any response. The only reply I received was regarding the cancellation policy. They have seemingly disabled comments on their recent social media due to customer complaints. They've sent several emails about shipping delays, indicating a "small" percentage of customers wouldn't receive their orders until after Christmas, which has now been pushed to after the new year. However, I haven't seen anyone confirm receiving their items. It seems they're collecting orders without clear communication, potentially manufacturing afterward, which raises red flags. The prices are excessively high, and the customer service is the worst I've encountered. I advise against using this company. Save your money. I'm currently in discussions with the payment platform to secure a refund.
