Frustrating order cancellation experience

I ordered a jacket on December 4th. After realizing I overspent for the holidays, I wanted to cancel but found no options available on the website or through the platform they use. A week later, I received an email saying I could no longer cancel after a 4-hour "grace" period, which I never saw. I searched thoroughly. Eventually, I accepted the situation and kept the order. As of January 2nd, I still have not received any updates or communication about my order. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and social media but received no replies. The only response I got pertained to the cancellation policy. They seem to have disabled comments on their recent social media posts due to numerous complaints. They've sent multiple emails about shipping delays, indicating a "small" percentage of customers wouldn't receive their orders until after Christmas, which has now shifted to after the new year. However, I haven't seen anyone confirm receiving their items. It seems they might be collecting orders without proper communication, possibly even manufacturing afterward, which raises concerns. Overall, the prices are excessively high, and the customer service is incredibly poor. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save your money. I’m currently trying to resolve this with the payment platform to secure a refund.

Fraudulent practices

I placed an order and received nothing. My emails went unanswered, so I reported it to the payment platform. The only response came on the last day, offering me 50€ back for my 250€ order, but I received nothing. They wanted 200€ for what? I declined the offer and thankfully got everything back since I used the payment platform. Just avoid this unreliable seller.

They appear to be scammers

To me, they are just scammers. I bought a jacket in February 2025, but it couldn't be delivered due to some document issues. They offered store credit, and when I tried to buy the jacket again in October, nothing arrived for two months. They promised shipping in early December, but still nothing. I reached out to customer service, but received no reply. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service!

I had a mix-up with my order, and although it took a few days to get a response, the customer service representative was very helpful. I just received my jacket, and the quality is outstanding. I will definitely be returning!

A typical Instagram scam

I've been waiting for my order since May. I've received no responses to my inquiries and feel completely ignored. Today, unexpectedly, I received a refund via the payment platform with no explanation. It seems they handle orders this way, leaving customers in the dark. I had high hopes, but it appears to be a typical scam.

Poor shipping and communication

I ordered from the latest drop on October 2nd, and it was shipped quickly. However, my order seems stuck in the Netherlands. I live in Germany; it went into customs on the 8th, left on the 14th, and since the 15th, it has been marked as 'arrived in the target country' with no further updates. I've tried contacting them, but there’s been no response. I paid over 200 dollars for this, and if shipping is going to be slow, at least be honest about it. I’ll wait a few more weeks, but if I don't receive the jacket, I will contact my bank.

Lack of communication

They do not communicate at all. I wanted to cancel my order and received no response. When I tried to return it, they didn't provide an address for the return, and there were no refund documents. I sent about 23 emails, and they only replied to one. For my second jacket, they outright said I wouldn't receive it and offered a full refund or credit for the next drop. However, when I replied, I found out their email was full.

Unexpected customs fees

I wish I could give zero stars. The jacket is already very expensive at €125, and the quality is just mediocre. The worst part is that I had to pay €32 in customs, which was not mentioned in the terms and conditions. I ended up paying over €150 for a jacket that I could have found better value for elsewhere.
