The service has continually misrepresented delivery times, refused refunds for faulty items, and has lost all credibility. During a recent conversation with a returns manager, I was mocked and faced inappropriate remarks, while my concerns were dismissed. I attempted to report this behavior, but it seems the team is unresponsive to complaints. I will no longer use this service, having lost over £200 and leaving a child without a birthday gift. Truly a company to avoid!
