Never buy a gift card direct from Amazon. Bought one for £50 to give to a friend and it didn’t deduct the amount from her order, Amazon refuse to refund as they say the card has been redeemed inspite of the fact that it did not deduct the £50 from her order. The most embarrassing gift I have ever given!
I ordered some key rings from a seller on a platform for same-day delivery with Prime. I decided to check the tracking to see when they'd arrive, and now it indicates Monday! I urgently needed them this weekend as I leave Monday morning. I contacted customer support, and they told me that I ‘should’ve checked my email or order after purchasing to confirm the actual shipping date’?! I expressed how absurd that was since the item clearly states next-day delivery, so why would I check for a different date in an email?! They had no response and repeated the same statement. Extremely frustrating. What is the purpose of Prime shipping if it can't be relied upon?

During a recent call with a returns manager, I was met with mockery and inappropriate comments instead of help, as he accused me of trying to keep a defective item for a refund. Attempts to report this behavior were futile, as it seems the support team protects each other. I will not use this platform again, as they have taken over £200 of my money and left a child without a birthday gift. This is a truly disappointing service to be avoided at all costs!

I spent hours trying to resolve a delivery issue with an automated system. The driver claimed to have delivered my items while I was on the other side of town. They mentioned a photo proof but couldn't provide it. My clear delivery instructions were ignored, and interacting with the robot was frustrating. Human support was not much help either, and I was left with no resolution. The disregard for customers is unacceptable.

If anyone from the service can assist, I would appreciate guidance. I make numerous purchases each year, but I might have to stop if this is not resolved. It should be a simple fix, yet it feels neglected.
The customer service and return process have been deeply frustrating, especially with the UPS pick-up. I felt bullied by the staff who blamed me for their incompetence. As a loyal Prime customer for over a decade, I am now reconsidering where I shop. I’m very disappointed.
