The service has consistently misled me about delivery times and has refused to provide refunds for faulty items, making it impossible to trust them as a reputable option. During a recent call with a returns manager, I was met with mockery and inappropriate comments instead of help, as he accused me of trying to keep a defective item for a refund. Attempts to report this behavior were futile, as it seems the support team protects each other. I will not use this platform again, as they have taken over £200 of my money and left a child without a birthday gift. This is a truly disappointing service to be avoided at all costs!
