Warning to all. The delivery service is asking for an Emirates ID picture to deliver two bottles of vitamins, which is absurd. The delivery person arrived in casual clothing demanding my ID for supplements that can be found in any supermarket or pharmacy. No other service requests identification for such items unless it's for critical documents. Who knows how your ID might be used later? I receive daily deliveries from various companies, and none require an ID; they simply leave the packages at my door. The service claims this is a requirement from the seller, but the seller stated they never requested such information. I have written proof, yet the service continues to withhold my package. I have requested to cancel my order and refund my money. I will also lodge a complaint with consumer rights. Be cautious when someone asks for your identification unnecessarily; it's for your safety.
