THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. IT FEELS LIKE THIS COMPANY IS TESTING CUSTOMER PATIENCE. A SIMPLE COURIER PICKUP HAS BEEN DELAYED FOR OVER 10 DAYS. WHEN CONTACTING THEIR SUPPORT, THEY SEEM COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THE SITUATION.
The service I experienced was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional! I was kept on hold for 30 minutes just to receive misleading information, and the responses were rude and disrespectful! I’ve been waiting for two weeks for someone to collect my return, calling daily, and they promised someone would come today, but there was no follow-up! This is unacceptable! I will certainly file a complaint! Such terrible service is truly shameful!
I have experienced very poor service; my parcel has been in Dubai for the last three days and I have yet to receive it. I have been trying to reach out for the past four days, but the support team has not fulfilled any of their promises.
I am still waiting for the delivery person to collect the returned items. The requests were created on November 20, 2025, and no one has reached out to me for the pickup. I have been following up with the support team daily, three times, but I am not receiving any solutions or clear answers. I have already filed an official complaint against the company because it should not be operating legally in this region.

The delivery person, dressed casually, demanded my ID for supplements that are readily available in supermarkets or pharmacies. No other service requires such identification for items like these, unless they are important documents like a bank card. I regularly receive packages from various companies, and none have asked for my ID; they simply leave the parcel at my door. The service claims this is a requirement from the supplier, but I contacted the supplier, and they confirmed they do not have such a policy. I have this in writing, yet the delivery service continues to withhold my parcel. I have requested the supplier to cancel my order and refund my money. I will also be reaching out to consumer rights organizations. Please be cautious when asked for unnecessary identification; it’s for your own safety.

Extremely poor service. If there were words worse than bad, they would describe this service. If you can't manage your customers, perhaps you should reconsider your business. The service is subpar, and I don't know how to express just how disappointing it is. If anyone is considering using this service, I strongly advise against purchasing anything.

The worst delivery service in the region. My experience has been beyond terrible. Despite numerous emails and clear instructions, they still fail to deliver. They miss deliveries without any communication. Once the seller assigns an order to them, you can only hope for timely delivery. Many customer service representatives respond to the same emails, providing conflicting information. I'm often forced to return items before even receiving them, all due to the frustration caused by this service. I wonder why the seller still utilizes them.
