Terrible logistics service. I placed an order with a prepaid option, but the delivery agent canceled without any notification or delivery attempt. They didn't even try to return the product to the seller. It feels like the product has been taken without any resolution. I've lost my entire payment and plan to file a dispute for the cheating and poor service.
