This logistics service is incredibly frustrating. I ordered a product with a prepaid option, but the delivery agent canceled without any notification or delivery attempt. They didn't even try to return the item to the seller. It feels as though the product was taken, and I lost my full payment. I plan to file a dispute regarding their lack of service and dishonesty.
