Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication

I had a very unsatisfactory experience. The rules were inflexible, the logic circular, and the attitude dismissive. Communication was slow and unhelpful. A scheduled call was canceled, and despite multiple exchanges, the responses remained generic and unhelpful. This type of approach is highly detrimental to brands seeking a genuine partnership.
