Initially, everything was running smoothly until we hit peak season, and the service failed to keep up with incoming goods. They disregard their own service level agreements by not logging received items for weeks. We've faced backorders for weeks and missed key deliveries due to delays. It's alarming that they can't even locate stock that was confirmed as delivered. Their customer service has been unhelpful and lacks clarity while we chase urgent issues. Additionally, we've encountered significant overcharges on our account due to errors in logging products, leading to over £1,000 in unexpected charges.
Things were going well until they began losing shipments. I wish they could notify me about undelivered shipments so I could file claims, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. I recommend checking every order biweekly to ensure delivery and filing claims when necessary.

They fail to take ownership of their delays and leave us to manage the fallout with our customers.
