This was the first time I have ever shipped my clothes after a trip. ShipGo exceeded my expectations. When I was having my clothes shipped from London to New Jersey the instructions were clear, customer service was very helpful, but I was still apprehensive. The day prior to departure, I brought mu luggage down to the hotel at 9AM as I was instructed. WhenI returned after a day of sightseeing, my luggage had been picked up and the tracking started immediately. This was very reassuring. I departed for home the next day, and found that my three pieces of luggage had been delivered a few hours before I returned home. My instructions for entry into my building and where to leave the luggage were followed exactly. Excellent!! I will definitely be a return customer.
