I’ve used ShipGo for travel often and extremely happy with them. Recently there was a delay with my suitcase. Nick C., a resolution specialist with the company, reached out to me immediately. They found it quickly and delivered it immediately. He gave me updates on the hour and kept me at ease. He was professional and compassionate and even asked if I needed anything before the luggage came. He made me feel special as if I was the only customer. I have used them several times and they have never once let me down. In fact, sometimes my delivery arrives before even I do. One of the best things I ever did was to start shipping my luggage. It makes travel so much easier and more pleasant and if you have a bad back it is like a gift
This was the first time I have ever shipped my clothes after a trip. ShipGo exceeded my expectations. When I was having my clothes shipped from London to New Jersey the instructions were clear, customer service was very helpful, but I was still apprehensive. The day prior to departure, I brought mu luggage down to the hotel at 9AM as I was instructed. WhenI returned after a day of sightseeing, my luggage had been picked up and the tracking started immediately. This was very reassuring. I departed for home the next day, and found that my three pieces of luggage had been delivered a few hours before I returned home. My instructions for entry into my building and where to leave the luggage were followed exactly. Excellent!! I will definitely be a return customer.
