Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged, contacted them, they asked if I could use the damaged item and have a partial refund, in the meantime I bought the same product elsewhere to negate the chance of damage, asked for a refund, they have responded 4 times in 4 weeks offering me an exchange even though I explained I don’t need it they still persist and no refund
