I ordered a large upright freezer with a delivery date set, but it was changed unexpectedly. Despite informing the company that I would not be home, the delivery was attempted anyway, and the status was incorrectly marked as delivered. Upon returning home, I found the freezer left outside, damaging my gate. I expected a prompt pickup and refund, but after a week, the item was gone without notice. As a pensioner, I am frustrated and out of pocket, and I refuse to wait any longer. This experience has been unacceptable, and the coordination between the company and the courier has been disastrous.
The product has not arrived two days past the expected delivery date. The contact number for the company is non-functional. Customer service has not responded to emails for two consecutive days. I am left uncertain about the product's arrival. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
I purchased a bundle including an integrated fridge, freezer, and microwave at a great price. The delivery was the next day, and the delivery team was excellent, bringing everything to my garage with a smile. I can't comment on the appliances yet as they are not installed, but they look perfect.
