Delivery Issues and Poor Service

I ordered a large upright freezer with a delivery date set, but it was changed unexpectedly. Despite informing the company that I would not be home, the delivery was attempted anyway, and the status was incorrectly marked as delivered. Upon returning home, I found the freezer left outside, damaging my gate. I expected a prompt pickup and refund, but after a week, the item was gone without notice. As a pensioner, I am frustrated and out of pocket, and I refuse to wait any longer. This experience has been unacceptable, and the coordination between the company and the courier has been disastrous.
