I would give 0 if I could. Over the past year service has come to a screetching halt. I get charged for a service not performed, scanning of a letter. Then I get told to fill out a form as per indicated on the website and upload all relative documents. Surprise !!! New rule. What's indicated on the website is not according to new rules correct. I need to get a notorized document send it my courier, all in all for more than $50 for a refund worth 20 dollars. Then I guet a pissy attitude from a person who has not even consulted the shipito website. Never again.
