It's great that there is a possibility to send goods from the USA to Europe. It's great that it works, thank you.
But the service is too expensive. Buying vinyl and shipping in the USA - 1000 CZK (on Amazon, directly from the seller it would be less).
Shipping to the Czech Republic - another 1000 CZK. And then there's VAT and customs. It'll cost twice as much.. and I don't even know in what condition the goods will arrive. IMHO it's too much, considering the weight and size of the goods.
I could not pay with a card. With either of them issued in different countries.
I tried sending with wire transfer - but their reference card had a typo which they fixed. The customer support recommended using crypto to pay.
Customer support response takes days.
The interface is clumsy.
It was a great service a few years back, but bow it feels stagnating
I am a customer of Shipito and I am filing this formal complaint due to a serious failure in service, lack of proper communication, and an unjustified refusal to issue a refund.
I purchased products abroad, paid for the items, paid monthly fees, service charges, and shipping costs exactly as instructed by Shipito. However, none of the purchased items were ever delivered or effectively usable, as the shipment was discarded without proper notification.
According to Shipito, the Brazilian postal service (Correios) allegedly attempted to collect customs duties in September 2025 and, due to non-payment, the shipment was classified as abandoned and later discarded. The issue is that I was never clearly, directly, or effectively notified of:
any customs duty charges,
any delivery attempts,
any risk of abandonment,
or the disposal of the shipment.
At no point was I informed that immediate action was required on my part. Communication throughout the entire process was slow, unclear, and often non-responsive, which directly contributed to this situation.
Key points:
I paid for the products
I paid Shipito monthly fees and service charges
I followed the procedures provided by Shipito
No items were delivered
The service failed to fulfill its intended purpose
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter privately and professionally, the company has chosen to shift all responsibility to the customer and refuses to refund any amount, citing internal deadlines and lack of insurance — without acknowledging the failure to properly notify or communicate, which is the responsibility of the service provider.
Given the above, I am requesting:
👉 A full refund of all amounts paid, including product costs, fees, monthly charges, and all related services.
My goal is to resolve this issue fairly and transparently. If this matter is not resolved, I will continue to pursue my rights through other appropriate channels.
Please be careful Guys. This is Myus.com other website. They own this and they do the same every where. Search shipito.com on google, the link is affliated with Myus.com. This guys are scam, they will take your money for vanishing. here is my story with them.
Myus.com = shipito.com
If they are not shipito.com then you have to sue them cause they have manipulate google search using your company name in their Link. you have to report it to google.
My Experience with Myus.com:
Please be extremely cautious when using this platform. The tactic they use against customers is essentially to extort money by holding shipments hostage. Here’s how it happens:
The first problem starts when your package reaches their warehouse. They arbitrarily inflate the declared value—sometimes tripling it—and then demand that you submit an invoice before they consider reducing it. Even after providing the invoice, they take weeks to “review” it and still refuse to apply the actual value. Instead, they reduce it only slightly, often still doubling the amount. By the time they delay long enough, you’re forced to ship the item anyway just to avoid further losses. That’s when the second problem begins.
Once you agree to ship, they pressure you to pay duties and taxes upfront. They set their own inflated value thresholds so they can charge excessive fees. If you decline the option to prepay taxes and duties, they will still ship your item—but that decision leads straight into the third and worst stage.
After delivery, you discover that customs never charged any duties or taxes. This is where the real shock comes. Suddenly, they email you claiming that DHL (or another courier) forced them to pay customs fees on your behalf. Keep in mind: you already refused to prepay duties because the charges were unreasonably high, and they also refused to declare the correct invoice value. Despite this, they now demand that you pay for what they call a “system error.”
The final blow: they automatically charge your card based on the inflated value they created. If you ever find yourself in a situation where they refuse to reduce the declared value, the safest option is to return the item to the sender. Do not make the mistake of shipping it internationally.
Conclusion: This is not a straightforward scam—it’s worse. They hold customers’ items hostage to extract money. By artificially inflating item values, they justify charging excessive customs fees while claiming they paid customs on customers’ behalf. I have asked them repeatedly for proof of payment to Polish Customs. I also contacted DHL, who confirmed that such proof should exist if the payment was actually made. I am still waiting.
These people know exactly what they are doing. Avoid this platform at all costs.
I ordered some items for my granddaughter, but the shipping was limited to US addresses. Since I already had an account with a forwarding service, I had them sent to Australia through this option. The shipping from the store to the forwarding service was free, and I could easily calculate the costs for shipping to Australia using their tools. The items were dispatched to me promptly and without any problems. I had various delivery cost options, and the communication was excellent; I was notified when the items arrived at the forwarding service and even received a photo of the package. The customs form was easy to fill out. I was then updated when my package was sent to Australia, and the items arrived on time. The entire process was simple and hassle-free for me.
This was an extremely disappointing experience that felt like being charged at every turn with no accountability. I sent two items to the service. One was restricted, while the other was allowed. Despite this, they permitted me to consolidate both items into one package, charging me $11 for this service. It was only after the consolidation that I was informed one item was prohibited and could not be shipped. At that point, I had to pay an additional $5 to separate the package — an unnecessary fee that should have been flagged initially. When I attempted to return the prohibited item, I was informed I needed to pay another $15 just to process the return. After already incurring multiple charges, returning it no longer made financial sense, so I ultimately discarded the item. It gets worse. The allowed item was shipped in a larger box, despite it originally arriving in a smaller one. When I inquired about this, the service claimed it was already in the smallest box possible, which was simply inaccurate. Consequently, I ended up paying significantly higher shipping costs than required. This experience felt less like a service and more like a scheme to extract extra fees from customers. I lost money, time, and patience. I will not be using this service again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing them.
As a first-time user, I wanted to compare this service with another I had used. My order arrived in four separate parcels, leading to high combining costs. One parcel went missing until I provided photo evidence. I chose this service based on its partnership with a major postal provider and initially reasonable costs, but I ended up having to select the most expensive shipping options. This made my total costs significantly higher than the items themselves. I've been trying to cancel my order, but the chat disconnects after long waits, and email responses are slow. Initial communication was promising, but the service quickly deteriorated. I would not recommend this service for sending snack items due to restrictive policies.
