We experienced some minor issues integrating Shipmate with Linnworks (we did not have access to our admin account - this was not a Shipmate issue). Martin at Shipmate arranged a teams call to rectify the issue and was very helpful in getting us back on track :) The system is very simple to use and the potential to integrate with our Shopify account.
