We have used Shipmate for 2 years now, they are a great team and always really helpful when we contact support. The system itself is really easy and inuitive to use, routing rules are simple to setup so you get the best rate or particular service you want and the tracking for all carriers comes back to shipmate making it really easy to get the info you need to your customers ASAP. Onboarding new carriers is usually really easy and saves you doing multiple integrations, it has taken a little longer than expected over the last few months however I think a lot of companies have been switching in peak and I expect this to go back to normal now.
