If I could give this review negative stars I wouldn’t hesitate to do so with the chaotic experience I have experienced. My experience with Shipole Trading, specifically with the representative named Emma, has been nothing short of infuriating. This company has demonstrated a level of negligence and disregard for customers that I have never encountered with any legitimate seller.
I contacted Shipole on February 9th, 10th, 11th, and 24th after UPS confirmed that they needed additional documentation from the sender in order to process the claim and issue a refund. Despite providing Shipole with this information multiple times, Emma never responded again. Not a single acknowledgment. Not a single update. Nothing.
Shipole failed to provide proof of delivery, failed to cooperate with UPS, and failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a functioning business. Their silence effectively blocked the UPS investigation and left me with no path forward except escalation.
Because of Shipole’s complete refusal to engage, I had no choice but to file:
A complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General
An IC3 report for internet fraud
A police report documenting the non-delivery
No reputable seller forces a customer into that level of escalation just to get a response.
Shipole Trading has shown zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for the people who purchase from them. Their representative, Emma, stopped communicating the moment the issue required them to take responsibility.
If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, avoid Shipole Trading. My experience makes one thing painfully clear: once they have your payment, you’re on your own.
