Consistently Poor Shipping Experience

The shipping service is consistently the worst. I've had packages lost multiple times, and I have to reach out to the sellers for any resolution. When I inquire via email, they acknowledge the loss but leave the status as delayed. This leads to waiting weeks for replacements or refunds. It's incredibly frustrating.
